Tajdar Aziz – Board Member
Tajdar Aziz has an M.A. degree in Political Science with specialization in International Politics, along with a Master of Business Administration degree with majors in Finance. He started his career as a high school teacher right from his college days. Later he moved on to teaching management courses at Abasyn University, Peshawar, Pakistan. Tajdar Aziz also worked for Aurat Foundation. Along with all this Mr. Aziz was involved with EFU. Before moving to Sweden Tajdar Aziz was working for TCS as Sales Manager. Tajdar Aziz likes
spending his extra time, reading, painting, sketching and music. He is also fond of photography. Currently he is working on his romantic novel. He finds topics of Peace and Education very close to his heart.

Jan Babar – Board Member
Jan Babar has studied political science, international relations, development and economic history. He has M.Sc. degree in international relations from Uppsala University, Sweden. Mr. Babar has worked for UN (UNHCR) in Pakistan, Afghanistan, Cambodia, Malaysia and Vietnam. In Sweden he has worked for The Swedish Migration Board. He also has worked as a teacher. Jan Babar is interested of matters with regards to development, peace and sustainable development.

Henrik Kindblom – Chairman of the board
Henrik Kindblom has studied business, economic history political science, the history of ideas and psychology at Stockholm University. He has a M.Sc. degree in International Business from Stockholm University. By studying abroad at San Diego State University (US), the University of Sao Paulo (Brazil), Cambridge Studio School (England) and CIAL language Institute (Portugal) he has gained international experience. After finishing his studies Mr. Kindblom founded European Underwater Structures AB, a company specializing in underwater
technology. During his spare time Henrik Kindblom likes reading, drawing and writing. Mr. Kindblom also is interested in questions related to economic development, entrepreneurship, education and peace.

Louise Kindblom- Board Member
Louise Kindblom has studied ethnology at Stockholm University and the history of art, communication and pedagogics at Uppsala University. She has obtained a M.Sc. degree in Media & Communication from Uppsala University. In addition to this, she has studied English in Cambridge, England. After graduating, Louise Kindblom has worked for Dokumentera, a Swedish consultancy company, and the local administration of Stockholm’s city. She likes music, writing, painting and reading. Louise Kindblom also is interested in questions related to education and peace.

Anneli Nordenpalm- Board Member
Anneli Nordenpalm has 30 year of experience of board work in the church, charity organizations and unions; as chairman, board member and secretary. During her career she has worked with administration, financial advice, young people (youth recreational leader), and services. During her spare time she likes reading, listening at music and meeting people. Anneli Nordenpalm is interested in questions related to peace, conflicts, psychology and spirituality.

Tariq Rana –Board Member
Tariq Rana has a B.Sc. degree in business and politics from Government Degree College in Islamabad, Pakistan. He also has studied interpretation in Sweden. After having moved to Sweden, Tariq Rana has worked as a business man and entrepreneur. He has run a grocery store business as well as an import business, trading with oil, rice and cloth. Tariq Rana enjoys travelling and helping people. He is a member of IOGT-NTO and Erikshjälpen.

Anton Modaresi - Deputy Member
Anton Modaresi, has studied to M.Sc in applied mathematics at Royal Institute of Technology. He is currently working as an IT-consultant. He is a long term member of IOGT-NTO, Red Cross, SCI and PeaceQuest, serving as treasurer, secretary, volunteer co-ordinator, web master, vice president and board member. His main interest is development of democracy and culture to build peace and freedom.
